Adam Rudder, Founder & CEO

For over two decades, Adam Rudder has been a trailblazer in the field of neurodivergent program design. From his own traumatic brain injury, Adam has used the same neuroscience-based improvisational techniques to help more than 15,000 people. He has created transformative experiences to help large companies such as Qualcomm, Walmart, Blue Shield of California, Poway Unified School District and autism centers.
